The Marbled Bent-Toed Gecko is a smaller, nimble forest gecko. As its scientific name quadrivirgatus implies, many individuals feature four distinct dark stripes running down their back. However, in the "Marbled" morph, these stripes break apart into a complex, chaotic pattern of blotches and spots. They are ground-dwelling and rock-dwelling lizards with the signature angular toes and non-adhesive claws of the genus.

Notes Habitat: They thrive in humid, lowland forest environments. In captivity, they are excellent candidates for smaller terrariums rich in leaf litter, rocks, and wood.
Behavior: Strictly nocturnal and secretive. They are fast runners but can become accustomed to routine feeding.
